The pieces fit together so snugly that I barely needed any glue, and the tactile feel of cutting each part out was genuinely relaxing. Watching it transform into that detailed bookshelf piece was the most satisfying part of my weekend.

The final result looks like a real bookshelf piece, not a kids' toy—the wood has a nice heft and the frame holds together solidly once the last piece clicks in. I spent a good two evenings on it, and the tactile snap of each joint was oddly satisfying each time.

The pieces snap together so perfectly that the frame holds itself while you work on the next section, and the final bookshelf-looking piece looks genuinely impressive on my desk. I spent a whole rainy afternoon on it and lost track of time completely.
