I was skeptical a wooden puzzle could hold up to actual use, but the adjustable tripod makes it steady enough to focus on birds about 400 feet out. The lens cover snaps on snugly, and the whole thing took me a relaxing evening to assemble.

The adjustable tripod was a pleasant surprise—it’s sturdy enough to keep the scope steady on uneven grass, and I could clearly read a sign about 500 feet away across the park. Assembly took a bit of patience, but the final look with the leather wrap feels way classier than the price suggests.

The faux leather and metal accents make it look way more expensive than it is, and the adjustable tripod held steady on my balcony rail. I was able to make out a birdhouse clearly from about 500 feet away, which honestly impressed me for a wooden puzzle kit.
